URBAN-TECHNICS company  from Valjevo was established 2003 as 100% private capital firm with one owner. Owner’s vision was to build well-organized company with high-quality technicians and engineers (high-quality staff), which would constantly strive to implement and develop all newest technologies in the area of Polymer-processing and PVC joinery manufacturing, as well as bringing these technologies and means of processing and manufacturing to our Market (East-European Market) and also to make our products available and put them at the disposal to our all customers and consumers.
The emphasis of production is increasingly moving to polymer processing procedures by the mean of extrusion, welding and finishing (cutting, expanding, punching, etc.) of the highest quality polymers such as : PVC (meki i tvrdi), PS (polistiren), ABS, PP (polipropilen), SEBS, TPV, TPE, TPU.

         URBAN-TECHNICS’s production programms in polymer processing are following:

• wide range of magnetic and non-magnetnic seals for refrigeration, refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms etc 
• coextruded seal for civil-engineering
• technical profiles for cooling equipment
• sheets and foils for thermoforming
• Bath coverings
• overflow tubes and coverings for boilers



For the implementation of our products we have the following mechanical facilities and infrastructure:



• 2 extrusion lines (soft PVC) capacity of 600 tons per year;
• 2 extrusion lines (hard PVC), capacity of 450 tons per year;
• 1 extrusion line with coextrusion for sheets and foils (polystyrene, ABS, polyurethane), thickness range 0,3 – 5,0 mm, capacity of 2000 tons per year;
• 1 extrusion line for sheets and foils (polystirene), thickness range 0,8 – 4,0 mm, capacity of 1200 tons per year;
• 3 extrusion lines with coekstrusion (hard PVC, polypropylene, polystyrene, thermoplastic elastomers, SEBS), capacity of 100 tons per year;
• 1 extrusion line for sheets and foils (PP, PE, PS, ABS), thickness range 0,6 – 6,0 mm, capacity of 1500 tons per year;
• 1 extrusion line for sheets and foils (PU – polyurethane, PP, PE, PS, ABS), thickness range 2,0 – 7,0 mm, capacity of 700 tons per year;
• 5 welding machines of soft PVC and SEBS (seals);
• 2 four-headed welding machines for hard PVC welding;
• Finishing machinery and equipment for polymer-based products;
• Machine-tools workshop, for tools and equipment manufacturing and tools maintaining with a wire erosion-machine;
• Production facility and warehouse with total area of 2000 m² and office space total area of 350 m²

The cornerstone and a basic requirement for quality work of any organization is the staff quality. Our firm boasts a large number and quality of higher education experts out of 5 engineers mechanical engineering; 3 engineers and technological professions, 3 Economist, a philologist. Within our organization there are more than 20 skilled workers in the producer, control and maintenance of a high school diploma, and 45 skilled employees in the production of polymer processing.

URBAN-TECHNICS has certified quality management system ISO 9001:2008 which is maintained and successfully implemented. Currently, intensive work on the preparation for certification according to TS 16 949.

As the special forces and the quality of our company we emphasize our own product research and development, tools construction and manufacturing, design and implementation of technology, modernization of equipmentwith our own technical spezialisation.

That the fruits of our labor are generally accepted in the region show our references. As "A" supplier to factory GORENJE in Valjevo, we represent indispensable link in the chain of local suppliers for this world's brand of white goods and home appliances. We are supplier to factory BIRA from Bihac on the seal programm with whom we cooperate successfully for more than three years. Other customers, "Kronus" from Cetinje, GORENJE TIKI "Stara Pazova, TERMORAD" Pozega.

On the programm of sanitary plastic, ABS and polystirene covering Bath, we’ve spezialized ourselves in serving companies such as: “ZOMAR COOP”, “POLYMIT”, “AKRIL-PLAST”, “HIDRA STIL”... Our most important reference but presents the ability to successfully conquer new products in short terms and adopt new material processing.
